摘要
文章以拉拉铜矿落凼矿区深部矿段采矿工程井下溜破系统为背景,介绍了以西门子S7-1500 PLC为核心,通过工业总线通讯接口、通信网络等将控制器、人机操作界面HMI、ABB ACS550、ACS880系列变频器及多种传感器等相互连接,按工艺流程要求通过控制逻辑实现系统半自动、自动运行,减少了人工操作量,对系统的安全稳定运行,提高产量起到了关键作用;同时,系统较高的自动化水平对矿山数字化、智能化建设起到推进作用。
Based on the background of underground chute blasting system for mining engineering in deep mining area in Luodang mine of Lala Copper Mine,this paper introduces the use of Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the core component and the interconnection of various devices,including the controller,human-machine interface(HMI),ABB ACS550,ACS880 series variable frequency drives,and multiple sensors,through industrial bus communication interfaces and communication networks.By implementing control logic according to the process requirements,the system achieves semi-automatic and automatic operation,reducing manual labor and playing a crucial role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system while improving production output.Additionally,the system’s high level of automation promotes the digitization and intelligent construction of the mine.
