摘要
“互联网+”时代新经济形态的快速发展为大学生就业提供了新领域和新机遇,但也对大学生的就业能力提出了新要求。本文在探讨“互联网+”新时代大学生就业能力新要求的基础上,分析了农村大学生的就业能力现状,重点从大学生、高校及政府三个层面提出农村大学生应积极转变就业观念、高校应优化就业指导与服务、政府应加强政策支持与保障的就业策略。
The rapid development of new economic patterns in the era of"Internet+"provides new fields and new opportunities for college students'employment,but it also puts forward new requirements for college students'employability.On the basis of exploring the new requirements of college students'employment ability in the new era of"Internet+",this paper analyzes the current situation of rural college students'employment ability,and puts forward the employment strategy that rural college students should actively change their employment concepts,colleges and universities should optimize their employment guidance and services,and the government should strengthen its policy support and guarantee,with a focus on college students,colleges and universities,and the government.The main focus is to put forward the employment strategy that rural college students should actively change the concept of employment,universities should optimize employment guidance and service,and the government should strengthen policy support and guarantee.
