摘要
“双碳”目标下,从资源利用、低碳清洁、生态系统、绿色供给四个维度构建农业绿色发展评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS模型、Dagum基尼系数及核密度估计对2008—2020年中国农业绿色发展水平的地区差异及动态演化特征进行实证考察,以期丰富农业绿色发展的理论与实证研究。结果表明:样本考察期内,中国农业绿色发展水平总体上明显提升,但地区间差异较大,呈现明显的“东强西弱中下陷”的分布格局;全国、区域内及区域间农业绿色发展的地区差异均呈现出缩小的发展态势,区域间差异是造成全国农业绿色发展总体差异的主要来源;全国及三大区域内部各省份的农业绿色发展水平均呈现明显的收敛性特征,在样本期的后期,东部地区内部各省份存在两极分化现象,而中西部地区内部各省份均向区域均衡点集中。
Based on the goal of"carbon dioxide emissions peak and carbon neutrality",an evaluation index system for agricultural green development was constructed from four dimensions:resource utilization,low-carbon clean,ecosystem,and green supply,and the regional differences and dynamic evolution characteristics of China's agricultural green development from 2008 to 2020 were empirically investigated by using the entropy weight TOPSIS model,Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation,in order to enrich theoretical and empirical research on agricultural green development.The research results show that:During the sample investigation period,the overall level of China's agricultural green development has significantly improved,but there are significant regional differences,presenting an obvious distribution pattern of"strong in the east,weak in the west and subsidence in the middle";The regional differences of agricultural green development in the country,within the region and between regions all show a narrowing development trend,and the differences between regions are the main source of the overall differences in China's agricultural green development;The agricultural green development levels of the whole country and the provinces within the three major regions show obvious convergence characteristics.In the later stage of the sample period,there is a polarization phenomenon in the eastern provinces,while the provinces in the central and western regions are concentrated towards the regional equilibrium point.
