摘要
长野高铁新干线作为长野冬奥会遗产加以利用带来交通网络效应,促进区域经济发展和基础设施建设,同时串联起高铁新城的快速发展。至今,新干线作为最有价值的遗产在长野县域发展和通勤通学方面发挥举足轻重的作用。本文聚焦双奥之城北京的冬奥遗产利用,分析长野冬奥新干线遗产服务区域发展带来的启示,并且结合京张高铁这一北京冬奥会遗产的现状提出其未来利用的建议,以更加合理地发掘其在通勤和区域经济发展等方面的作用,缓解北京中心城市压力,助力实现非首都功能疏解,促进京津冀协同发展。
The Nagano High-Speed Rail Shinkansen has been used as a legacy of the Nagano Winter Olympics to bring about transportation network effects,promote regional economic development and infrastructure construction,and connect the rapid development of high-speed rail new cities.To this day,the Shinkansen,as the most valuable heritage,still plays a pivotal role in the development of Nagano Prefecture and commuting to school.This article focus on the utilization of the Winter Olympic heritage in the city of Beijing,analyzing the enlightenment brought about by the development of the Nagano Winter Olympic Shinkansen heritage service area,and suggestions for its future use are given combined with the current situation of the Beijing-Zhang high-speed railway,which is the heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,to more rationally explore its role in commuting and regional economic development,alleviate the pressure on Beijing's central city,help to achieve non-capital function relief,and promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
