摘要
文章运用模块化理论解释了农民合作社如何通过专用性渠道、技术、管理、信息、信任和声誉,建立联结农业生产上下游模块组织的供应链;通过设定规则与供应链上的各企业、农户达成产品定制、技术标准、服务种类等协议,发挥舵手职能整合供应链上的异质性模块和同质性模块,完成农产品大规模和标准化生产。同时基于中国社科院农村发展研究所2014年采集的相关调查数据,文章运用Logistic模型验证得出了如下结论:(1)农民合作社通过筛选市场信息、建立生产管理档案、提供土地流转服务等手段克服农户异质性,完成了农业规模化和标准化生产;(2)凭借销售渠道多、信用等级高等特征引入金融服务;(3)通过联系规则实现标准化管理和控制,显著增加了科技服务;(4)依靠领导者能力、政府支持等,有效整合了仓储、物流和终端市场等下游供应链,并降低供应链的运营成本。
According to the article,farmers cooperatives create a supply chain that links upstream and downstream modular organizations of agricultural production via specialized channels,technology,management,information,trust,and reputation.This supply chain is connected by the upstream and downstream modular organizations of agricultural production.The helmsman function is used to integrate heterogeneous and homogeneous modules in the supply chain,completing large-scale and standardized production of agricultural products.It does this by setting rules and reaching agreements with various enterprises and farmers in the supply chain on product customization,technical standards,service types,etc.The paper applies a logistic model to pertinent survey data from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences'Agricultural Development Institute from 2014 to validate and derive the following conclusion:By filtering market information,setting up production management records,offering land transfer services,and completing large-scale and standardized agricultural output,farmers cooperatives have been able to overcome variability among farmers.They introduce financial services with several channels of distribution and excellent credit.Contact guidelines have enabled standardized management and control,greatly enhancing technical services.They successfully integrate downstream supply chains,including warehousing,logistics,and end markets,and lower the operational expenses of the supply chain by relying on leadership skills,government assistance,etc.
