摘要
合院教学楼是高校教学建筑常见的一种类型,建筑围合而成的院落不仅为建筑内部空间提供自然采光与自然通风,也为师生提供了宜人的室外公共活动空间。随着教学楼规模的不断扩大,在夏热冬冷的武汉地区,建筑内部的庭院空间通风情况普遍不佳,底层架空是改善内院通风不畅的主要方法。该文在对武汉高校合院教学楼调研的基础上确定了合院教学楼的标准模型,选择不同朝向、不同数量的底层架空开口方案作为研究对象,应用Airpak软件分别模拟了冬夏季室外气象条件下不同架空开口模式的庭院风环境,并进行比较分析。最后提出了武汉高校合院教学楼底层架空开口的最佳模式、可选模式和不宜模式,为相关建筑方案设计提供参考。
As a typical form,courtyard teaching buildings not only provide natural lighting and ventilation,but also provide outdoor public space for students and teachers.With the continuous expansion of the building scale,in Wuhan,where the summer is hot and the winter is cold,ventilation of the enclosed courtyard space is generally poor.The overhead ground floor is the main way to improve the poor ventilation of the inner courtyard.Based on the investigation of the teaching buildings of Wuhan Universities,we determined the standard model of the teaching buildings,selected the schemes of different orientation and different number of bottom floor overhead openings as the research object,and simulated the wind environment of different overhead opening modes under outdoor meteorological conditions in winter and summer with Airpak software,we also analyzed them.Finally we put forward the best mode,optional mode and unsuitable mode of the overhead opening at the bottom of the teaching building,which provides a reference for the design of relevant architectural schemes.
