摘要
针对中药药理实验课中存在的诸多问题,建立基于“青囊有寄”微信公众号的实验课教学平台。该平台涵盖了高校教材《药理实验教程》的主要实验内容,并通过图片、文字和小视频的方式,图文并茂地详细介绍实验原理、药物作用、操作步骤以及实验结果分析。测试表明,88.37%的学生认为微信公众号相对于传统的PPT形式更加活泼、灵动,对于实验课的预习有很大的帮助,11.63%的学生非常喜欢公众号平台的实验内容,但表示公众号的部分内容需要改进,说明微信公众号在高校中药药理实验课辅助教学工作中有着良好的应用效果。
Targeted at the problems with the experiment course Chinese Medicinal Pharmacology with Lab,a teaching platform was established based on a WeChat public account“Qingnang Youji”(青囊有寄in Chinese,meaning“traditional Chinese medicine with great expectations”).Covering the main contents of Chinese Medicinal Pharmacology Coursebook,the platform provided detailed introduction to experiment hypotheses,drug actions,procedures and analyses of experimental results through texts,pictures,and videos.A survey of the students that used the platform showed that 8837%respondents thought that the WeChat public account was of great help for the preview of the lab classes,as it was more vivid and flexible than the traditional PPT.Then,1163%were very interested in the lab⁃related content on the platform,but suggested that some contents should be improved.The above results demonstrate that WeChat public account could play a positive role in the lab teaching of Chinese Medicinal Pharmacology in colleges and universities.
