翻转课堂的混合教学模式在中医外科学教学中的应用探讨 被引量:5

摘要 《中医外科学》是一门包含多个病种、内治外治并重、非常强调临床实践性的学科,是中医学临床专业学生的一门重点课程。传统单纯课堂教学模式形式枯燥、师生互动较少、临床实践时间较短,不利于学生对本门课程的掌握和理解,对培养全面发展的中医医生形成阻碍。“翻转课堂”的混合教学模式具有以下优势:(1)填补教学资料的空白;(2)培养学生主动学习的习惯,加强“生生”互动;(3)丰富师生交流渠道,加强师生互动;(4)培养学生临床思维能力;(5)采用多种考核方式,能客观综合评价教学效果。本混合教学模式为中医外科学的教学模式提供一种更好的教学方法和教学思路。 Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery is a subject that encompasses multiple diseases,emphasizes both internal and external treatment,and emphasizes clinical practicality.It is a key course for students majoring in clinical Chinese medicine.The traditional classroom teaching mode is dull in form,with limited teacher-student interaction and short clinical practice time,which is not conducive to students'mastery and understanding of this course and hinders the cultivation of comprehensively developed traditional Chinese medicine doctors.The blended teaching model of"flipped classroom"has the following advantages:(1)Filling the gap in teaching materials.(2)Cultivate students'habit of active learning and strengthen the interaction between students and students.(3)Enrich communication channels between teachers and students,strengthen teacher-student interaction.(4)Cultivate students'clinical thinking ability.(5)Adopting multiple assessment methods can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the teaching effectiveness.This blended teaching model provides a better teaching method and approach for the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.
