摘要
炉膛漏风造成锅炉排烟温度升高,影响锅炉运行安全性与经济性。针对传统测试方法存在的安装测点多、测试方法复杂、测试结果精度差等特点,提出应用空预器热平衡原理测试计算锅炉炉膛漏风。该测试方法在稳定工况下进行,无须对炉膛负压进行调整,对锅炉运行无扰动;所需数据均来自运行参数和常规性能试验测点测试数据,测试及计算过程简便,可作为现场技术人员测试计算炉膛漏风的有效方法。
Furnace air leakage causes the exhaust-gas temperature of boilers to rise,which affects the operation safety and economy of boilers.Aiming at the characteristics of traditional test methods,such as many installation measurement points,complex test methods and poor test result accuracy,this paper proposes to apply the heat balance principle of air preheaters to measure and calculate furnace air leakage in boilers.The test method is carried out under stable conditions,without adjusting the negative pressure of the furnace and without disturbing the operation of the boiler,required data are all from operation parameters and the test data of conventional performance test points,and the test and calculation process is simple,which can be used as an effective method for field technicians to test and calculate furnace air leakage.
