摘要
通过对2022年1—11月太湖流域镇江水系进行布点及连续水质监测,评估水体富营养化及头孢类抗生素污染水平。结果表明,2022年太湖流域镇江水系总磷浓度最高为0.22 mg/L,总氮浓度最高为2.88 mg/L,高锰酸盐指数最高为6.3 mg/L。采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测太湖流域镇江水系水样头孢类抗生素,共检出8种头孢类抗生素,其中头孢氨苄和头孢噻呋的检出浓度均值均超过0.76 ng/L。将水体头孢类抗生素含量与总磷、总氮、高锰酸盐指数作Pearson相关性分析,结果表明太湖流域镇江水系中头孢类抗生素污染与富营养化水平关联均不显著。
The water eutrophication and cephalosporin concentration of Zhenjiang in Taihu Basin are evaluated by continuous monitoring from Jan.2022 to Nov.2022.The results show that the max concentration of total phosphorus(TP) in Zhenjiang area is 0.22 mg/L in 2022.The max concentration of total nitrogen(TN) is 2.88 mg/L.The max concentration of permanganate is 6.3 mg/L.Cephalosporin is detected by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Eight kinds of cephalosporin are detected,among which the average level of cefalexin and ceftioproxil are all above 0.76 ng/L.Pearson correlation analysis is conducted between cephalosporin and TN,TP and permanganate.The results show no significant correlation between cephalosporin antibiotic pollution and eutrophication level in Zhenjiang area.
