摘要
目的:探究重组人源化胶原蛋白促进创面修复及其医用敷料应用价值。方法:通过细胞、动物试验研究重组人源化胶原蛋白对创面的修复作用,对贴敷料开展性能、生物学评价,收集文献概述重组胶原蛋白临床应用。结果:重组人源化胶原蛋白可显著促进表皮和成纤维细胞的增殖和迁移速率,显著改善豚鼠皮炎损伤后的病理学变化(P <0.01);敷料表皮应用无透皮吸收,性能、生物学评价良好(细胞活性73.99%,无刺激,无致敏反应),临床使用广泛,疗效显著,无不良反应。结论:重组人源化胶原蛋白可有效促进创面修复,医用敷料产品应用安全、有效,可大力开发。
Objective:To explore the effect of recombinant humanized collagen protein on wound repair and its application as medical surgical dressing.Methods:The effect of recombinant collagen on wound repair is studied by cell and animal experiments,and the performance and biological evaluation is carried out by dressing.The clinical application of recombinant collagen is summarized by collecting literatures.Results:Recombinant human collagen could significantly promote the proliferation and migration rate of epidermal and fibroblast,and significantly improve the pathological changes of guinea pig dermatitis injury(P 0.01);the skin application of the dressing has no transdermal absorption,and the performance and biological evaluation are good(cell activity is 73.99%,no irritation,no sensitization).The dressing is widely used in clinic,and has significant curative effects without adverse reactions.Conclusion:Recombinant human collagen can effectively promote wound repair,and the application of medical surgical dressing products is safe and effective,which can be vigorously developed and promoted.
