摘要
目的:评价富硒酵母和人参粉的组合物增强小鼠免疫力功能。方法:采用3个不同剂量组的富硒酵母和人参粉组合物对小鼠灌胃,分别为人体推荐日摄入量的10倍、20倍、30倍,即0.153 g/kg BW、0.306 g/kg BW、0.459 g/kg BW,检测该组合物对小鼠各项免疫功能的影响。结果:经口给予小鼠不同剂量的受试物30 d,高、中、低3个剂量组对小鼠体重增长及细胞免疫功能无影响;中、高剂量组能显著提升体液免疫和单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P <0.05),高剂量组能提升NK细胞活性(P <0.05)。结论:富硒酵母和人参粉的组合物对小鼠有免疫增强功能。
Objective:To evaluate the combination of selenium-rich yeast and ginseng powder to enhance the immune function of mice.Methods:Different doses of selenium-rich yeast and ginseng powder compositions are administered to mice by intragastric administration.The three dose groups are 10,20 and 30 times of the recommended daily intake of human body,namely 0.153 g/kg BW,0.306 g/kg BW and 0.459 g/kg BW,to detect the effects of the composition on various immune functions of mice.Results:After oral administration of different doses of the test materials for 30 days,the weight gain and cellular immune function of mice in high,medium and low dose groups are not affected;humoral immunity and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis are significantly improved in medium and high dose groups(P 0.05),and NK cell activity is increased in high dose groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:The composition of selenium-rich yeast and ginseng powder can enhance immune function in mice.
