摘要
随着现代社会经济水平的日益提升,生产和生活安全问题也越来越受到人们的重视,尤其是消防安全更是重中之重。基于此,本文通过对消防队伍作战训练进行研究,剖析消防作战过程中常见的能力和安全风险,解决当前消防队伍建设中普遍存在的理论不足、专业不强、规划不全等问题,从提高作战水平、改进训练质效、保证作战安全等方面对训练效能的提升策略进行分析,对增设消防作战整体质效提出对策和建议,以期为改进和提升消防工作提供有价值的参考。
With the increasing economic level of modern society,people pay more and more attention to production and life safety,especially fire safety.This paper analyzes the common capabilities and safety risks in the process of fire fighting through the research on the operational training of fire fighting teams,and then analyzes the strategies for improving the training effectiveness from the aspects of improving the operational level,improving the training quality and ensuring the operational safety in view of the common theoretical deficiencies,weak specialties,incomplete planning and other problems in the current construction of fire fighting teams,Therefore,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the overall quality and efficiency of fire fighting,so as to provide valuable reference for improving and promoting fire fighting.
