摘要
对某大直径储罐的中间隔板采用ANSYS软件进行了应力分析,对比了S形双曲面隔板和平面隔板的应力和变形情况,分析结果表明,平面隔板设置加强肋是一种更加合理的设计方案。与S形双曲面隔板结构相比,平面隔板变形时罐壁应力水平更小,同时,辅助支撑梁可以限制平面隔板的变形,进而降低隔板应力,提高承载能力,使结构更加优化。
In this paper,stress analysis of the inner partition plate of large-diameter storage tank in a project was carried out by ANSYS.The stress and deformation of the S-shaped and flat partition plate were compared.The analysis results indicate that the flat partition plate with reinforcing bar is more reasonable.Compared with the S-shaped structure,the stress level of the tank wall under the deformation of the inner flat plate is smaller.Meanwhile,the existence of supporting can limit the deformation of the flat plate,thus reducing the stress of the partition plate and improving the bearing capacity,which may optimize the structure.
