摘要
区域性人才培养是提升我国地方高校研究生科研创新能力的重要途径。目前地方高校研究生人才培养尚存在地方政府对地方高校研究生科研创新能力重视程度不够、当地社会与地方高校产学研合作有待加强、地方高校研究生科研创新能力培养环节有待健全、地方高校研究生导师科研能力有待提升等问题。为此,基于区域性人才培养视角,我国地方高校研究生培养应提高地方政府对高校研究生科研创新能力重视程度、加强当地社会与地方高校产学研合作、完善地方高校研究生科研创新能力培养环节、提升地方高校研究生导师科研能力,从而促进地方高校研究生科研创新能力的提升。
Regional talent cultivation is an important way to enhance the research and innovation capabilities of graduate students in local universities in China.At present,there are still problems in the cultivation of graduate talents in local universities,such as insufficient attention from local governments to the research and innovation capabilities of graduate students,the need to strengthen cooperation between local society and local universities,the need to improve the training process of research and innovation capabilities of graduate students in local universities,and the need to improve the research capabilities of graduate supervisors in local universities.Therefore,based on the perspective of regional talent cultivation,the cultivation of graduate students in local universities in China should increase the importance that local governments attach to the research and innovation capabilities of graduate students in universities,strengthen the cooperation between local society and local universities,improve the training environment for research and innovation capabilities of graduate students in local universities,and enhance the research capabilities of graduate supervisors in local universities,in order to promote the improvement of the research and innovation capabilities of graduate students in local universities.
