摘要
采用聚乙二醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成预聚体,A-95改性的MoS2纳米片(N-MoS2)作为封端剂,加入白及多糖(BSP)水溶液作为扩链剂,制备了双重交联的聚氨酯脲水凝胶。采用红外光谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对N-MoS2纳米片和凝胶的结构和形貌进行了表征,采用拉伸强度-应变测试和抗菌实验对其力学性能和抗菌性能进行了测试。结果表明,改性的N-MoS2纳米片具有单层或少层结构,在可见光照下对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显。水凝胶样品MPUBs的拉伸强度随N-MoS2含量的增加先增大后减小,溶胀率先减小后增大;当N-MoS2纳米片的添加量为2%时,得到的MPUB5凝胶样品的综合性能最佳,溶胀率为177.8%、溶胀拉伸强度达1.28 MPa,并且在2种细菌的培养基中均能观察到明显抑菌圈,显示出良好的抗菌性能。
Double cross-linked polyurethane hydrogels were prepared by using polyethylene glycol and isophorone diisocyanate as main raw material,A-95 modified MoS2(N-MoS2)as ending agent and Bletilla Striata polysaccharide(BSP)solution as chain extender.The structure and morphology of N-MoS2 nanosheets and gels were characterized by FT-IR,TEM,SEM and XRD.The mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of N-MoS2 nanosheets and gels were tested by tensile strength-strain test and antibacterial test.The results show that the N-MoS2 nanosheets have a single or few-layer structure and obvious antibacterial effect against E.coli and S.aureus under visible light.The tensile strength of hydrogel samples(MPUBs)increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of N-MoS2 content,and the swelling rate decreases firstly and then increases.When the addition amount of N-MoS2 is 2%,the comprehensive performance of the MPUB5 gel is the best,the swelling rate is 177.8%,and the tensile strength of the swelling gel is 1.28 MPa.The obvious inhibition zone could be observed in the culture medium of the two kinds of bacteria,showing good antibacterial performance.
