摘要
介绍了工业设备故障诊断技术研究概况,分析了离心泵故障智能诊断系统研究开发的意义,针对当前离心泵状态监测和智能诊断系统开发的复杂性和可维护性、相关应用领域知识库不健全且构建方法单一等问题,通过系统分析离心泵机组典型故障的形成机理、诊断方法和维修技术,采用本体知识构建了离心泵机组的领域知识图谱,结合生产实际搭建了硬件采集系统,开发了软件诊断系统,实现了离心泵机组运行时振动信号的在线监测和故障诊断,用具体故障实例验证了系统的有效性。
The research situation of fault diagnosis technology for industrial equipment was introduced,and the significance of research and development of intelligent diagnosis systems for centrifugal pumps fault was analyzed.In view of the complexity and maintainability of the current development of centrifugal pump condition monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system,the imperfect knowledge base in related application fields and the single construction method,the formation mechanism,diagnosis method,and maintenance technology of typical faults of centrifugal pump unit were systematically analyzed.The domain knowledge map of the centrifugal pump unit was constructed by using ontology knowledge.The hardware acquisition system was built in combination with the actual production,and the software diagnosis system was developed.The online monitoring and fault diagnosis of vibration signals during the operation of the centrifugal pump unit was realized,and the effectiveness of the system was verified by specific fault examples.
