生物基丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯的制备及对液体车衣性能的影响

Preparation of Waterborne Polyurethane Modified with Bio-based Acrylate and Its Effect on the Performance of Paint Protective Film

摘要 介绍了生物基丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯分散体的制备方法,并对比了生物基树脂与石油基树脂在液体车衣中的应用性能。该树脂采用核–壳聚合技术,合成的聚氨酯水分散体先在水相中形成胶体微粒,将丙烯酸酯单体溶胀在胶粒内部并再次发生聚合,最终形成具有核–壳型结构的聚合物分散体。由于把分散体合成中用量最大的多元醇组分替换成市售商品中经合成或改性为双官能团的蓖麻油系二元醇,同时选用含生物碳的原料制成的丙烯酸酯单体,制成品中生物基碳含量可保持在70%以上。对比常规的水性聚氨酯分散体,生物基丙烯酸酯改性的制成品表现出较好的剥离性能、耐候性和颜料定向性,尤其作为一种高生物基碳含量的材料,是实现“双碳”的有效技术途径,符合当前环保节能和低碳经济的需求。 The method of preparing waterborne polyurethane dispersions modified with bio-based acrylate is introduced,and the application performance of bio-based resin and petroleum-based resin in paint protective film is compared.This resin adopts core-shell polymerization technology,and the synthesized polyurethane aqueous dispersion first forms colloidal particles in the aqueous phase.The acrylic monomer swells inside the particles and undergoes polymerization again,ultimately forming a polymer dispersion with a core-shell structure.Since the polyol component with the largest amount used in the synthesis of dispersion is replaced with the bifunctional castor oil diol synthesized or modified in the commercial products,and the acrylate monomer made from raw materials containing bio-carbon is selected,the content of bio-carbon in the products can be kept above 70%.Compared to conventional waterborne polyurethane dispersions,the products modified with bio-based acrylate exhibit better stripping performance,weather resistance,and pigment orientation.Especially as a material with high bio-carbon content,it is an effective technical way to realize the“double carbon”goal,meeting the current demand of environmental protection,energy saving and low-carbon economy.
