脉动条件下油水两相流动特征及分离性能研究

Research on Oil-water Two-phase Flow Characteristics and Separation Performance under Pulsating Condition

摘要 为解决游梁式抽油机间歇供液所造成的井下油水旋流分离器分离效率低下的问题,该文设计了一种适用于流量脉动条件下的新型油水旋流分离器,并开展了脉动进液条件下的流场特性及分离性能研究。研究结果显示:旋流器入口为恒定流量时,有部件的分离效率从无部件的89.12%提高至96.82%;为旋流分离器入口添加频率为1 Hz、幅值为1 m/s的流量脉动,无部件的分离效率在81.73%~94.63%范围内规律波动,变化范围为12.9%;在相同脉动条件下,向旋流器内部添加部件,分离效率规律波动范围为88.6%~95.4%,变化范围与无部件相比减小到6.8%。 In order to solve the problem of low separation efficiency of downhole oil-water cyclone separator caused by intermittent liquid supply in beam pumping unit,a new type of oil-water cyclone separator suitable for flow pulsation is designed in this paper.The flow field characteristics and separation performance are studied under the condition of pulsating fluid injection.When the inlet flow of the cyclone separator is a constant flow rate,the separation efficiency with components increases from 89.12%to 96.82%.A flow pulsation with a frequency of 1 and an amplitude of 1 m/s is added to the inlet of the cyclone separator,and the separation efficiency without components fluctuates regularly within the range of 81.73%to 94.63%,with the variation of 12.9%.Under the same pulsating condition,when components are added to the cyclone separator,the separation efficiency fluctuates regularly within the range of 88.6%to 95.4%,the range of variation is reduced to 6.8%compared to the cyclone without components.
