摘要
随着国家数据局的成立,档案管理和数据管理之间的联系变得更加紧密,国家数据部门和档案部门在档案数据保管方面的权责也随之发生了变化。文章从省级档案部门的角度出发,探讨了在国家数据局成立背景下档案部门数据管理的权责问题,以国家数据局建立前档案数据管理所面临的问题与挑战为切入点,分析了国家数据局与档案部门对档案数据管理的权责关系产生的影响及新变化,提出了一些应该采取的应对措施,以适应国家数据局成立带来的机遇与挑战。
With the establishment of the National Data Bureau,the connection between archives management and data management has become closer,and the rights and responsibilities of the national data departments and archives departments in archival data storage have also changed accordingly.From the perspective of provincial-level archival departments,this paper explores the rights and responsibilities of data management in archival departments under the background of establishment of the National Data Bureau.Starting from the problems and challenges faced by archival data management before the establishment of the National Data Bureau,it analyzes the impact and new changes in the rights and responsibilities relationship of archival data management brought by the National Data Bureau and archival departments,and proposes some countermeasures that should be taken,to adapt to the opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of the National Data Bureau.
