摘要
党的二十大报告提出了全面提高人才自主培养质量的国家战略目标,这不仅是应对高等教育高质量发展和高等教育普及化时代的需要,更是应对国际形势巨变、国家高新科技竞争日益激烈的需要。文章在讨论大学人才自主培养质量和人才培养模式的内涵及其关系基础上,提出全面提高我国人才自主培养质量,必须依靠大学人才培养模式的创新行动,并阐述了大学人才培养模式创新行动的逻辑:一是来自回归立德树人的育人使命坚守的逻辑;二是来自人才培养目标创新的逻辑;三是来自课程体系和培养方式创新的逻辑;四是来自教学制度与大学文化创新的逻辑。
The Report at the 20th CPC National Congress put forward the national strategic goal of comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent cultivation.This is not only to meet the needs of the high-quality development of higher education and the era of a universal higher education,but also to meet the needs of the rapid change in the international situation brought about by the increasingly fierce high-tech competition between countries.On the basis of discussing the connotation of the quality of independent talent cultivation and talent cultivation mode and the relationship between them,this paper puts forward that to comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent cultivation,we must rely on the innovation action of talent cultivation mode.At the end of the paper,we analyze and expound the logics of the innovation action of talent cultivation mode.The first is the logic of adhering to the education mission of fostering morality and cultivating talents;the second is the logic of innovating the goal of talent cultivation;the third is the logic of innovating the curriculum system and cultivating mode,the fourth is the logic of innovating talent cultivating system and creating an innovative culture.
