摘要
矿井处在禹州岩溶水系统最下游的承压自流排泄区,煤层底板太灰和寒灰岩溶发育,富水性和导水性强,对井下采掘巷道的施工造成一定的威胁。为了解决煤层底板岩溶水突水威胁,矿井通过疏水降压和底板注浆加固相结合的综合水害治理技术,利用物探(复探)验证以及计算工作面突水系数的方法,对底板注浆加固的效果进行检验,彻底消除底板岩溶水水害的威胁,使矿井在受底板强岩溶水水害情况下顺利布置采掘巷道,避免因治理措施不当而造成水害事故的发生,确保了井下能够安全生产。
The mine is located in the artesian drainage area at the downstream of the Yuzhou karst water system,and the coal seam floor is developed with too gray and cold gray karst,with strong water yield and water conductivity,which poses a certain threat to the construction of underground mining tunnels.In order to solve the threat of karst water inrush from the floor of the coal seam,the mine adopts a comprehensive water hazard treatment technology combining drainage pressure reduction and floor grouting reinforcement,and uses the method of geophysical prospecting(re exploration)verification and calculation of the water inrush coefficient of the working face to check the effect of floor grouting reinforcement,thoroughly eliminate the threat of karst water inrush from the floor,so that the mine can smoothly arrange the mining roadway under the condition of strong karst water inrush from the floor,The occurrence of water hazard accidents caused by improper treatment measures is avoided,and the safe production of underground is ensured.
