摘要
目的探析肾功能衰竭透析患者应对方式现状,并寻找相关影响因素.方法选取2020年10月-2023年1月广东省湛江南油医院收治的肾功能衰竭透析患者82例作为研究对象,采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评估患者应对方式,分为消极应对和积极应对.研究人员自行拟定一般人口学调查资料表,获取患者临床资料.构建Logistic回归模型,探究肾功能衰竭透析患者应对方式的相关影响因素.结果82例肾功能衰竭透析患者中有33例采取消极应对,占比40.24%,49例采取积极应对,占比59.76%;经单因素分析,消极应对组文化程度初中或高中、社会支持低下、家庭人均月收入<6000元以及希望水平低下占比均高于积极应对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);构建Logistic回归模型,结果显示,文化程度、社会支持、家庭人均月收入以及希望水平是肾功能衰竭透析患者应对方式现状的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论肾功能衰竭透析患者采取积极应对占比相对较高,文化程度、社会支持、家庭人均月收入以及希望水平是肾功能衰竭透析患者应对方式现状的影响因素.
Objective To explore the current coping style of renal failure dialysis patients and to find the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 82 renal failure dialysis patients admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The Simple Coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to evaluate the patients'coping style,which was divided into negative coping style and positive coping style.General demographic survey data sheets were prepared by the researchers and clinical data of patients were obtained.Logistic regression model was established to explore the related factors affecting the coping style of renal failure dialysis patients.Results Among 82 patients with renal failure,33 cases took negative response,accounting for 40.24%,49 cases took positive response,accounting for 59.76%.Through univariate analysis,the negative response group accounted for a higher proportion of renal failure dialysis patients with middle or high school education,low social support,per capita family income<6000 yuan and low hope level than the positive response group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression model was constructed,and the results showed that education level,social support,per capita monthly family income and hope level were the factors influencing the coping style of renal failure dialysis patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of negative coping is relatively high in renal failure dialysis patients.Education level,social support,per capita monthly family income and hope level are factors affecting the coping style of renal failure dialysis patients.
