摘要
目的对志丹县义正镇吴堡卫生院2020-2022年门诊高血压患者处方合理性进行分析,以期发现高血压用药中存在的问题,为高血压患者临床合理用药方案的制定提供更多依据和支持.方法以300张/年的比例随机抽取2020年1月1日-2022年12月31日在志丹县义正镇吴堡卫生院门诊就诊的高血压患者及其处方作为研究对象,对用药有规律、有特点的处方及用药合理性进行回顾性分析.结果该院主要高血压药物中CCB使用频率最高,为52.33%;其次为ARB,34.11%;β-RB位列第三,使用频次为18.22%.2020-2022年该院高血压处方中联合用药处方占比分别为13.67%、9.67%和8.00%;2020-2022年不合理处方占比分别为2.67%、1.67%和0.33%.结论该院门诊高血压处方相对规范,但仍存在个别不合理处方,后续应加强对临床医师及药剂科药剂师的培训,以提高该院处方规范性及用药合理性.
Objective This paper analyzes the prescription rationality of hypertension patients in our hospital from 2020 to 2022,in order to find out the problems existing in the medication of hypertension and provide more basis and support for the clinical rational medication scheme of hypertension patients.Methods 300 prescriptions were randomly selected from the outpatients with hypertension every year from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 in our hospital,prescription and rationality of medication were analyzed retrospectively.Results The frequency of CCB,ARB andβ-RB was 52.33%,34.11%and 18.22%,respectively.From 2020 to 2022,the proportion of combined medication in hypertension prescription in our hospital was 13.67%,9.67%and 8.00%.From 2020 to 2022,the unreasonable proportion of prescriptions was 2.67%,1.67%and 0.33%.Conclusion The prescription of hypertension in our hospital was relatively standard,but there were still some unreasonable prescriptions.We should strengthen the training of clinical doctors and pharmacists in order to improve the standardization of prescription and rationality of medication in our hospital.
