摘要
目的:提出一种基于模糊逻辑的激光医疗美容仪器故障自动诊断方法,以实现故障严重程度的定量分析。方法:首先,采用匹配滤波检测方法对降噪后的激光医疗美容仪器故障监测信号进行增强处理;然后,采用自适应加权方法对激光医疗美容仪器故障特征进行量化处理;最后,通过建立故障和引发因素之间的模糊关系矩阵构建模糊隶属度函数,将最大隶属度原则作为模糊诊断原则完成故障自动诊断,同时通过模糊分段评分方法定量化分析激光医疗美容仪器故障严重程度。采用该方法对激光医疗美容仪器故障进行自动诊断,并将诊断结果与实际故障结果进行对比。结果:该方法的故障自动诊断结果与实际故障结果一致,准确率高达100%。结论:提出的方法能够完成仪器故障的自动诊断,获取定量化分析结果,有效提高了故障自动诊断结果的准确性。
Objective To propose an automatic fault diagnosis method for the laser medical cosmetology instrument based on the fuzzy logic.Methods The laser medical cosmetology instrument fault monitoring signals were enhanced with the matched filter detection method after noise reduction;the laser medical cosmetology instrument fault features were quantified with the adaptive weighting method;a fuzzy affiliation function was formulated by establishing a fuzzy relationship matrix between faults and triggering factors,the maximum affiliation principle was used as the fuzzy diagnosis principle for automatic fault diagnosis,and the severity of the instrument fault was analyzed by the fuzzy segment scoring method in a quantitative manner.The automatic fault diagnosis method of the laser medical cosmetology instrument based on the fuzzy logic was applied practically and the diagnosis results were compared with the actual conditions.Results The automatic fault diagnosis results by the method were consistent with the actual conditions with an accuracy rate of 100%.Conclusion The method proposed facilitates fault automatic diagnosis and quantitative analysis,and effectively enhances the accuracy of the automatic fault diagnosis results.
