摘要
从手术器械分类、手术器械功能检测内容、手术器械功能检测实践及培训4个方面阐述了目前国内外复用类手术器械功能检测的研究现状,重点分析了国内复用类手术器械在质量管理和功能检测研究方面存在的问题,提出了构建手术器械功能检测评价标准、寻找最优的器械检测材料、与第三方合作等建议,可为国内消毒供应中心进一步深化、完善手术器械功能检测提供参考。
The research progress of the functional testing of reusable surgical instruments in foreign countries and China was described in terms of the classification of surgical instruments and the contents,practices and training of the functional testing of surgical instruments.The problems of the reusable surgical instruments in China were analyzed from the aspects of quality management and functional testing research.Some suggestions were put forward including preparing surgical instrument functional testing evaluation standards,selecting optimal instrument testing materials,cooperating with the third party and etc.References were provided for the central sterile supply departments in China to improve surgical instrument functional testing.
