琼州海峡跨海通道工程前期研究及建议 被引量:2

摘要 海峡通道建设是完善国家综合立体交通网络的重要内容、是推进交通强国建设的重要战略任务之一,对我国构建新发展格局具有特殊的重要意义。本文聚焦琼州海峡跨海通道工程前期研究,梳理历年来琼州海峡通道的研究成果,分析琼州海峡通道建设的必要性和可行性。研究琼州海峡通道的建设方案,分别从通道线位走向、桥隧方案及公铁方案进行比选,建议“一次规划,分期建设,先建铁路”,推荐先期建设中线铁路双线(预留公路通道),采用“双洞公路隧道+单洞双线铁路隧道+服务隧道”的四洞并行方案。并从建设时机、融资模式、建设理念、运维方案、专题研究等方面为琼州海峡建设提出了建议。 The construction of the Strait Passage is an important part of improving the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network,one of the important strategic tasks of promoting the construction of a transportation power,and of special significance for China to construct a new production pattern.This paper focuses on the preliminary study of the Qiongzhou Strait cross-sea channel project,combs the research achievements of the Qiongzhou Strait channel over the years,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the Qiongzhou Strait channel construction.The study of the construction scheme of the Qiongzhou Strait channel,comparison and selection of the channel alignment,bridge and tunnel schemes,and highway and railway schemes respectively recommend to“plan once,construct by stages,and build the railway first”and construct midcourt railway of double-line in advance(reserve highway channels),and adopt the four hole parallel scheme of“double hole highway tunnel+single hole double line railway tunnel+service tunnel”.It also puts forward suggestions for the construction of the Qiongzhou Strait from the aspects of construction opportunity,financing mode,construction concept,operation and maintenance plan,thematic research,etc.
