摘要
往复式活塞压缩机在化学工业行业产品中,特别是在中小型氮肥施用生产工艺生产过程中有着至关重要的作用,往复式压缩机生产过程中能耗占到整个装置的60%~70%,其辅机部分-段间水冷器的阻力、换热效果对机组能耗会产生直接影响,通过分析利用Aspen软件对管壳式换热器工程实例的工艺设计与优化,介绍了某公司往复式压缩机某段间水冷器技术改进的主要方式。
Reciprocating piston compressor plays a vital role in the chemical industry products,especially in the production process of small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizer application.The energy consumption of reciprocating compressor in the production process accounts for 60%~70%of the whole device,and the resistance and heat transfer effect of the water cooler in the auxiliary machine will have a direct impact on the energy consumption of the unit.Through analyzing the process design and optimization of the shell and tube heat exchanger engineering example by using Aspen software,this paper introduces the main ways to improve the technology of water cooler in a certain stage of reciprocating compressor in a certain company.
