摘要
目的探讨T环异常与左心室舒张功能降低的关系。方法选择心电图检查正常,心电向量图T环异常者129例,分左心室舒张降低组(异常组)和左心室舒张功能正常组(正常组),比较2组的性别、年龄、左心室射血分数及T环运行方向、T环振幅、T环长/宽比值、R-T比值、QRS-T夹角等T环观察指标以及T环异常项。结果2组之间在年龄、T环长/宽比值上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者出现T环形态异常者,提示左心室舒张功能降低可能。
Objective To investigate the relationship between T loop abnormality and reduction of left ventricular diastolic function.Methods A total of 129 patients with normal Electrocardiograph and abnormal T loop in vectorcardiogram were collected and divided into reduced left ventricular diastolic function group(abnormal group)and normal left ventricular diastolic function group(normal group),comparing the two groups in terms of gender,age,left ventricular ejection fraction and T-loop direction,T-loop amplitude,T-loop length/width ratio,R-T ratio,QRS-T angle and other T-loop abnormalities.Results There was statistical significance between the two groups in terms of age and T-ring length/width ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of T loop morphology in elderly patients suggested the possibility of reduced left ventricular diastolic function.
