摘要
从河北省部分高职院校2022届毕业生就业状况可以看出,高职机电类专业学生就业质量需要提升,工作稳定性需要加强,学生的专业能力、业务能力和综合素质需要不断提高.为了促进学生就业,机电类高职院校需要注重学生就业服务工作和就业指导工作,培养学生的综合素质,增强学生专业技能,加强顶岗实习环节管理,鼓励学生自主创业.
This paper studies career guidance and employment of graduates who finished their higher vocational education in 2022 in Hebei province.The writers found there is room for electromechanical majors to improve in terms of job stability,professional ability and comprehensive quality.Hence,in order to promote the employment of the students,vocational colleges should pay attention to career service,and enhance their comprehensive quality,professional skills,internship and entrepreneurship.
