摘要
某些超长钢筋混凝土结构对楼面连续性及平整性有严格要求,无法设置温度伸缩缝。如何降低温度效应、控制裂缝产生,是此类工程面临的主要问题。对某现代物流配送中心超长钢筋混凝土结构温度效应进行有限元分析,基于数值分析结果和实际工程应用,提出一种设置“温度变形槽”的裂缝控制措施。分析表明,提出的裂缝控制措施能够有效降低超长钢筋钢筋混凝土结构楼板的温度应力、控制裂缝产生。
Certain kinds of ultra⁃long reinforced concrete constructions have strong demand on floor⁃continuity and flatness,in which the temperature expansions cannot be used.How to reduce the temperature variation effect and control the crack generation is the main problem faced by such projects.Based on the result of FE modeling analysis and engineering application on ultra⁃long reinforced concrete structure of a logistics distribution center,“temperature deformation grooves”was introduced in crack⁃control.The analysis shows that the proposed crack⁃control measures can effectively reduce the temperature stress and control the crack generation in the floor slab of the ultra⁃long reinforced concrete structure.
