摘要
针对治理工业中产生的颗粒物,阐述并归纳了机械式除尘、袋式除尘、湿式除尘、静电除尘的工艺特点,介绍了目前典型技术中极具研究背景及应用价值的静电除尘技术的工艺原理及研究进展,综述了影响电除尘技术放电特性的因素,重点突出了放电极材料和粉尘比电阻对除尘效率的影响,指出了电除尘器可能存在的问题。
For particles produced in the governance industry,expounds and summarizes the mechanical dust removal,bag dust removal,wet dust removal,electrostatic dust removal process characteristics,this paper introduces the typical technology research background and application value of electrostatic dust removal technology process principle and research progress,summarizes the factors affecting electrostatic technology discharge characteristics,highlights the discharge electrode material and dust specific resistance on dust removal efficiency,points out the possible problems of electrostatic precipitator.
