破乳-混凝-电絮凝预处理兰炭废水的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用破乳-混凝-电絮凝法对兰炭废水进行预处理,研究了不同工艺反应pH、药剂投加量及反应时间对兰炭废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:反应pH为6,破乳剂投加量为5.075 mg/L时可取得较好的破乳效果;以双铝板为电极的电絮凝最佳参数为:电流密度200 A/m~2,极板间距2 cm,pH为4,反应时间为40 min;该参数条件下组合工艺对兰炭废水的COD去除率达到70.64%,氨氮去除率达到41.38%,处理后废水B/C由0.04提升至0.17,可生化性得以提高。 The semi-coke wastewater was pretreated by demulsification-coagulation-electrocoagulation method.The effects of different process reaction pH,dosage and reaction time on the treatment effect of semi-coke wastewater were studied.The results showed that the demulsification effect was better when the reaction pH was 6 and the dosage of demulsifier was 5.075 mg/L.The optimum parameters of electrocoagulation with double aluminum plate as electrode are as follows:current density 200 A/m~2,plate spacing 2 cm,pH 4,reaction time 40 min;under this parameter condition,the COD removal rate of the combined process reached 70.64%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 41.38%.After treatment,the B/C of the wastewater increased from 0.04 to 0.17,and the biodegradability was improved.
