摘要
分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的光学相干断层扫描(OCT)图像形态学特征,利用OCT图像分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的特点。方法 用海德堡激光眼科诊断仪(HRA-OCT)对34例CSC眼病患者和30名健康人进行黄斑部水平径线、垂直径线,层扫和增强厚度成像的光相干断层扫描技术(EDI-OCT)扫描脉络膜厚度,并测量患者患眼和对侧眼,健康人眼的视网膜厚度,脉络膜厚度;对患病前的生活习惯进行问卷调查。应用GraphPad Prism 9软件进行统计分析。结果 CSC患者OCT特征是黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层脱离,患眼较对侧眼以及正常眼的视网膜厚度(中心凹下视网膜浆液性脱离区的厚度)增厚,脉络膜厚度增厚,差异有统计学意义。患者多伴有不良生活习惯。结论 海德堡激光眼科诊断仪能无创地观察CSC视网膜组织形态学改变,OCT特征是黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层脱离,视网膜厚度增厚和络膜厚度增厚,对临床诊治CSC具有指导性意义;规律的作息可预防本病的发生。
Objective To analyze the optical coherence tomography(OCT)images of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)and,observe the morphological features.OCT images were used to analyze central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods Thirty-four CSC patients and 30 healthy controls were subjected to the scanning of the horizontal and vertical diameters of the macula by using HRA-OCT.Laminar scan and enhance ddepth imaging optical coherence tomography(HRA-OCT)scanning of the choroidal thickness.The retinal and choroidal thickness of the affected and contralateral eyes,and the eyes of healthy controls were measured by OCT,a questionnaire of pre-disease lifestyle habits was administered.Statistical analysis was performed by GraphPad Prism 9.0 software.Results The OCT features of CSC patients included retinal nerve epithelial detachment in macular area and retinal and choroidal thickening of CSC eyes compared with that of contralateral eyes as well as the eyes of healthy controls,the differences was statistically significant.Unhealthy living habits are the inducing factors of CSC,Conclusions HRA-OCT device can deliver non-invasive observation of the retinal histomorphological changes of CSC patients.OCT features of CSC consist of retinal nerve epithelial detachment in macular area and retinal and choroidal thickening by OCT+EDI scanning,which offer a guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CSC.Healthy life style can prevent the incidence of CSC.
