摘要
抽水蓄能作为最经济高效的超大容量储能方式、最具大规模开发价值的电力调节系统,是推动能源绿色低碳转型和实现“双碳”目标的重要保障。而抽蓄电站技术创新与绿色发展能力是促进抽水蓄能可持续发展的关键。本文从投入与产出能力角度,构建抽水蓄能技术创新与绿色发展能力多层次指标评价体系;基于层次分析法与熵权法运用组合赋权确定指标权重;针对评价过程中的模糊性与随机性,基于云模型提出抽水蓄能电站绿色技术创新能力的评价模型;最后,以某抽水蓄能电站的实际数据验证了评价模型的有效性与适用性。
As the most economical and efficient way of super-large capacity energy storage,pumped storage is the most valuable power regulation system for large-scale development to promote the energy green low-carbon transition and achieve the“Double-carbon”goal.The technical innovation and green development ability of pumped-storage power station are the key to promote the sustainable development of pumped-storage power station.From the perspective of input and output capability,the multi-level evaluation system of technical innovation and green development capability of pumped storage is established.Based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the index weight is determined by combination weighting.In view of the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process,an evaluation model of pumped-storage power station green technology innovation capability is proposed based on the cloud model.The validity and applicability of the evaluation model are verified by the actual data of a pumped-storage power station.
