摘要
文中以精益思想为理论基础,结合实证研究,探讨了基于精益思想的供应链一体化库存管理在企业物流中的应用。通过与传统物流供应链一体化库存管理进行对比,深入剖析精益思想在供应链库存管理中的关键作用,将精益思想与企业库存管理紧密结合实施库存运输管理解决方案设计以及优化方案,实现更高效、灵活和可持续的供应链运作,为企业提供指导和决策支持。
Based on the lean thinking theory and empirical research,this paper explores the application of lean thinking-based supply chain integrated inventory management in enterprise logistics.By comparing with traditional logistics supply chain integrated inventory management,the crucial role of lean thinking in supply chain inventory management is thoroughly analyzed.The integration of lean thinking and enterprise inventory management is closely combined to design inventory transportation management solutions and optimization strategies,achieving more efficient,flexible and sustainable supply chain operations,providing guidances and decision support for enterprises.
