摘要
针对某建筑工程中中空塑料模板运用问题,提出中空塑料模板设计方法,解决了实际塑料模板设计过程中模板型号不准确的问题,实现了中空塑料模板的科学应用。基于墙模板以及侧梁模等中空塑料模板的设计分析,表明在设计中空塑料模板时,加强模板参数计算分析有助于提高模板利用率、降低施工成本。
Aiming at the application problems of hollow plastic formwork in a building engineering,this paper puts forward the design method of hollow plastic formwork.The problem of inaccurate template model in the actual plastic template design process is solved,and the scientific application of hollow plastic template is realized.Based on the design and analysis of hollow plastic formwork in wall formwork and side beam formwork,it is shown that strengthening the calculation and analysis of formwork parameters is helpful to improve the utilization rate of formwork and reduce the construction cost when designing hollow plastic formwork.
