摘要
目的:探究对于凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇实施手术室快速标准化护理流程的作用。方法:研究对象来源于庆阳市人民医院2021年11月至2022年11月接纳的69例凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇,采用随机数分组法分成两组,应用手术室快速标准化护理流程的产妇定义为试验组,纳入35例,应用常规护理的产妇定义为试验组,纳入34例,针对两组产妇手术及术后相关指标、术后生活质量评分、心率、收缩压、并发症发生情况及对护理的满意程度进行综合分析。结果:试验组手术时间、住院时间均短于参照组,术中及术后24 h出血量均少于参照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于参照组,术后各项生活质量评分均高于参照组,术中心率与收缩压均低于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,P<0.05,组间数值符合统计学意义。结论:凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇应用手术室快速标准化护理流程能有效减少术中及术后出血量,缩短手术及住院周期,提高术后生活质量,预防并发症。
Objective:To explore the value of implementing rapid standardized nursing process in operating room for women with dangerous placenta previa cesarean section.Methods:69 cases of women with dangerous placenta previa cesarean section admitted to the hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number grouping method.The women who used the rapid standardized nursing process in the operating room were defined as the test group,with 35 cases included.The women who used routine nursing were defined as the reference group,with 34 cases included.The operation and related indicators,the quality of life score,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,occurrence of complications and degree of satisfaction with nursing were comprehensively analyzed.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the test group were shorter than those of the reference group,the amount of bleeding during the operation and 24h after the operation were less than those of the reference group,the Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the reference group,the quality of life scores after the operation were higher than those of the reference group,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure were lower than those of the reference group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group,P<0.05,and the inter-group values were in line with statistical significance.Conclusion:The application of rapid standardized nursing process in the operating room for women with dangerous placenta previa cesarean section can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during and after operation,shorten the operation and hospitalization period,improve the quality of life after operation,and prevent complications.
