摘要
在当今的食品检测过程中,太赫兹时域光谱技术发挥着至关重要的作用。为实现此项技术的良好应用,本文特以红薯淀粉中的明矾添加剂检测为例,对太赫兹时域光谱技术的具体应用进行分析。希望通过本次的分析,可以为太赫兹时域光谱技术的应用与食品检测质量的提升提供一定参考。
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy plays a vital role in the food detection process today.In order to realize the good application of this technique,this paper takes the detection of alum additive in sweet potato starch as an example to analyze the specific application of THz time-domain spectrum technique.It is expected that this analysis can provide some reference for the application of THz time-domain spectrum technology and the improvement of food detectionquality.
