摘要
当前,制造业就业人员占比下降趋势明显、劳动力人口数量减少、年轻人不愿意进入制造业以及制造业“用工荒”“招人难”“留人难”等问题愈加凸显,需要引起高度重视。基于此,从五个方面分析制造业就业人员逐年下降的原因,并提出相应的对策建议。
At present,the declining trend of the proportion of employed people in the manufacturing industry,the decrease in the number of labour force,the reluctance of young people to enter the manufacturing industry and the"labour shortage","difficulty in recruiting"and"difficulty in retaining"in the manufacturing industry,"difficulty in recruiting"and"difficulty in retaining"in the manufacturing industry are becoming more and more prominent and need to be given high attention.Based on this,the reasons for the year-on-year decline in manufacturing employment are analyzed from five aspects,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
