摘要
以某企业次氧化锌回转窑产生的水淬渣为待鉴别对象,通过资料整理、现场踏勘、样品识别与筛选等方式对固体废物进行鉴别。通过企业原辅材料、生产工艺等识别,排除了水淬渣的钢材腐蚀速率、易燃性、反应性和部分毒性指标。鉴别结果显示,待鉴别对象水淬渣样品浸出液pH范围为6.46~8.49,浸出毒性指标、毒性物质含量、急性毒性指标等监测结果均小于相应标准限值,因此次氧化锌回转窑水淬渣不具有危险特性,不属于危险废物。
Thesolid waste was identified by means of data sorting,site survey,sample identification and screening,taking the water-quenched slag produced by the secondary zinc oxide rotary kiln of an enterprise as the object to be identified.The steel corrosion rate,flammability,reactivity and some toxicity indexes of water-quenched slag were excluded through the identification of raw and auxiliary materials and production process.The identification results showed that the pH range of the leaching solution of the water-quenched slag samples to be identified was 6.46~8.49,and the monitoring results of the leaching toxicity index,toxic substance content and acute toxicity index were all lower than the corresponding standard limits.Therefore,the water-quenched slag of the secondary zinc oxide rotary kiln did not have dangerous characteristics and did not belong to hazardous waste.
