摘要
介绍了钢铁行业超低排放实施以来的相关法律法规、标准体系建设以及改造成效,分析指出目前超低排放仍存在的一些问题,建议健全超低排放技术与管理标准体、优化全流程超低排放控制技术研究、进一步落实差异化管理与奖惩制度、强化全流程烟气治理设施智能化管控,进一步巩固超低排放成果,实现钢铁行业绿色高质量发展。
This paper discusses the construction of the relevant laws,regulations,and standards system in the steel industry since the implementation of ultra-low emissions.The article also analyzes current issues in ultra-low emissions situation and proposes enhancing the standards of ultra-low emissions technology and management,optimizing research on full-process ultra-low emissions control technology,implementing differentiated management and reward and punishment systems,strengthening the intelligent control of smoke control facilities throughout the process,and further consolidating ultra-low emissions achievements to achieve green and high-quality development of the steel industry.
