摘要
《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》提出:“建立‘职教高考’制度,完善‘文化素质+职业技能’的考试招生办法”。江苏省在中等职业教育学业水平考试试点工作的基础上,设计制定了中职学业水平技能考试与中职职教高考技能考试分期分批衔接的重大政策制度,中等职业教育技能考试成绩实现了“一考两用”,有力推动了职业教育教学改革,有效提升了中职学校技能教学质量,有效减轻了中职学生的考试负担。基于此,结合江苏职教实际,从中等职业教育学业水平技能考试的时代价值、现实困境与突破路径等方面进行了探索研究。
"The State Council's Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform"proposes to"establish a'vocational education college entrance examination'system and improve the enrollment method for the'general knowledge+vocational skills'examination".On the basis of the pilot work of secondary vocational education academic level test,Jiangsu Province has designed and formulated a major policy system to link the secondary vocational education academic level test with the secondary vocational education college entrance examination skill test by stages and batches.The results of the secondary vocational education skill test have realized the"dual use of one test",which has vigorously promoted the reform of vocational education teaching,effectively improved the quality of skill teaching in secondary vocational schools.And effectively reduce the examination burden of secondary vocational school students.Combining with the reality of vocational education in Jiangsu Province,this paper explores and studies times value,realistic dilemma and breakthrough path of the academic level and skill test of secondary vocational education.
