摘要
智能产品由于学习成本高、使用难度大,很难在独居老人群体中兴起,并为他们提供便捷服务。在此背景下,设计并制造出能适合于独居老人的智能产品显得格外重要。文章运用服务设计思维,以智能助行器产品为例,利用利益相关者分析、用户画像、用户旅程图、服务系统图、服务蓝图等一系列服务设计的方法和工具对产品进行设计。希望通过文章的研究,能为特殊人群智能产品设计提供一定的参考。
Because of its high learning cost and difficulty in use,intelligent products are difficult to rise among the elderly living alone and provide them with convenient services.This article uses service design thinking,takes intelligent walking products as an example,and uses a series of Service design methods and tools such as stakeholder analysis,user profiles,user journey maps,service system maps,and service blueprints to design products.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some reference for the design of intelligent products for special populations.
