基于布点优化方法的配电网多端行波故障定位分析

摘要 为减少配电网中行波检测装置安装数量以节约成本,并对传统的在配电网线路末端安装行波检测装置的方法加以改进。通过在线路末端安装备用行波检测装置,采取多测点配合的双端行波测距方法对故障点进行定位。当故障发生在线路末端附近时,若此线路末端的行波检测装置记录的初始行波到达时刻发生错误时,利用备用行波检测装置配合单端零线模时差法判断并校正故障点位,同时对树状配电网的所有线路进行故障定位。通过在MATLAB/Simulink软件中搭建10 kV树状配电网络进行仿真实验,实验结果表明:本文提出的方法能够准确定位故障位置,并能对错误的故障点位置进行校正。 In order to reduce the number of traveling wave detection devices installed in the distribution network to save cost,the traditional method of installing traveling wave detection devices at the end of the line in the distribution network is improved.Install a backup traveling wave detection device at the end of the line,and adopt the double-ended traveling wave ranging method with multiple measurement points to locate the fault point.When the fault occurs near the end of the line,if the initial traveling wave arrival time recorded by the traveling wave detection device at the end of the line is wrong,the backup traveling wave detection device and the single-ended neutral line mode time difference method are used to propose a criterion to correct the wrong fault point location and locate all lines of the tree-like distribution network.By building a 10 kV tree-like power distribution network in MATLAB/Simulink software,the experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately locate the fault location and correct the fault point location.
