摘要
本文针对独立运行的双馈直流发电系统,提出一种改进的自抗扰控制方法。针对超螺旋观测器无法跟踪高频信号的不足,设计了改进超螺旋观测器来观测转子电流导数中的基频和6倍频交流分量,设计基于改进超螺旋观测器的自抗扰转子电流控制器,抑制由不可控整流器引起的6倍频转矩脉动,同时降低了定子电流中的-5次和7次谐波分量。将基于超螺旋观测器的自抗扰控制器用于直流电压控制环,改善了直流电压调节过程的动态性能,提高了在负载变化条件下直流电压环的鲁棒性。以功率为6 kW的双馈直流发电系统为对象进行了仿真和实验,验证了该方法对转矩脉动与电流谐波的抑制能力,以及直流电压控制的有效性。
In this paper,an improved active disturbance rejection control method is proposed for the DFIG-DC power generation system.Aiming at the deficiency that the super-twisting observer can not track the high-frequency signal,an improved super-twisting observer is designed to observe the fundamental frequency and sixth harmonic frequency components in the rotor current derivative.An active disturbance rejection rotor current controller based on the improved super-twisting observer was designed to suppress the sixth harmonic torque ripple caused by the uncontrollable rectifier,and reduce the-5th and 7th harmonic components in the stator current.The auto disturbance rejection controller based on a super-twisting observer was applied to the DC voltage control loop,which improves the dynamic performance of the system and the robustness of the DC voltage loop under load variation.Finally,simulation and experiments were carried out on a 6 kW DFIG DC power generation system to verify the ability of this method to suppress torque ripple and current harmonic,as well as the effectiveness of DC voltage control.
