某型航空发动机加力参数异常故障原因分析

摘要 针对某型航空发动机出现的加力参数异常故障,根据发动机加力状态控制计划和调节规律,建立了以“加力参数异常”为顶事件的故障树,进行性能试验、分解检查,对故障原因进行分析,最终确定了故障源。根据控制原理分析与检查结果,判定该故障的具体原因为喷口加力调节器摆锤活门组件螺帽拧紧未到位,飞行过程中振动使螺帽松脱,螺帽与锁片通过低压腔进入喷口调节器使小轴支架组件卡滞,进而输出轴卡滞导致输出角度停留在部分加力状态,发动机无法正常退出加力进而导致加力参数异常。 In view of the abnormal fault of afterburner parameters of an aeroengine,according to the control plan and regulation law of the engine afterburner state,a fault tree with"abnormal afterburner parameters"as the top event is established,and the performance test and decomposition check are carried out.The cause of the fault is analyzed,and the fault source is finally determined.According to control principle analysis and test results,to determine the fault of the specific reasons for the nozzle afterburner regulator pendulum valve assembly nut tighten did not reach the designated position,in the process of flight vibration make the nut loose,nuts and lock plate enters the nozzle regulator through low pressure cavity causing the small shaft bracket assembly to stall,which in turn causes the output shaft to stall causing the output angle to stay in a partially afterburner state,and the engine cannot exit afterburner properly,resulting in abnormal afterburner parameters.
