摘要
在串焊机连续生产过程中,由于焊头部位散热不良,导致焊头变压器、电路板烧坏。针对这一问题,文中提出可行性技术方案,将焊头与变压器连接由单螺纹改为双螺纹连接,在焊头变压器上增加冷却管,在焊头上增加排烟风机,更换焊头冷却方式。研究结果表明,这些措施可以有效降低焊头变压器、电路板烧坏的概率。
In the continuous production process of solar cell welding machine,due to poor heat dissipation in the welding head part,the welding head transformer and circuit board are burned out.In view of this problem,this paper puts forward a feasible technical scheme,changing the connection between the welding head and the transformer from single thread to double thread connection,adding a cooling pipe to the welding head transformer,adding an exhaust fan on the welding head,and replacing the welding head cooling method.The results show that these measures can effectively reduce the probability of welding head transformer and circuit board burnout.
