悬臂式取料机雾炮抑尘系统优化

摘要 为使煤炭港口取料机抑尘系统在冬季时发挥更好的环保效果,文中重新优化设计取料机雾炮抑尘系统,通过对原系统的雾炮筒重新布局优化,使得取料机在作业过程中雾炮抑尘覆盖范围更全面。同时对原雾炮抑尘系统设计安装吹扫装置,保证在取料机停止作业后将管路中残留的水吹走,解决雾炮出口积冰情况,节省清冰时间和维修力量。现场安装测试结果表明此次雾炮抑尘系统的优化改造能够有效地解决取料机作业过程中起尘的情况。 To improve the environmental protection function of dust suppression system of coal port reclaimer in winter,the design of dust suppression system of reclaimer’s fog gun is optimized again,which makes the dust suppression coverage of fog gun wider during operation.In addition,a purging device was installed in the dust suppression system of the original fog gun to ensure that the residual water in the pipeline was blown away after the reclaimer stopped working,which completely solved the problem of ice accumulation at the outlet of the fog gun,saved the time for ice removal and reduced the maintenance intensity.The field installation test results show that the optimization of the fog gun dust suppression system can effectively solve the dust problem during reclaimer operation.
