摘要
贵州生态环境本底较好,但具有脆弱性,环境问题频发,保护形势严峻。由于经济发展相对滞后,监管执法短板突出,体制机制不够完善,迫切需要加强监管执法。文章运用路径依赖和路径创建理论,解读了贵州生态环境监管执法的路径,为高质量发展时代背景下有效守好发展和生态底线提供借鉴。
The ecological environment foundation of ethnic areas is well protected but vulnerable,therefore the environmental problems occurs frequently,and the protection situation is severe.The economic development of ethnic areas is relatively lagging behind,the deficiency of law enforcement and supervision appears obviously,and the system and mechanism are not perfect enough.It is urgent to strengthen supervision of law enforcement.The article applies the theory of path dependence and path creation to interpret the path of ecological environment supervision and law enforcement in Guizhou,providing reference for effectively guarding the development and ecological bottom line in the context of highquality development.
